Comedian Kiri Pritchard-McLean will bring her new show Peacock to the Theatre Royal Winchester on October 19 at 7.30pm.

The multi award-winning comedian, satirist and writer’s show explores becoming a foster parent, and lifts a lid on social workers, first aid training and what not to do when a vicar searches for you on YouTube.

Kiri is known for hosting Live at the Apollo, appearing on 8 out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, Have I Got News for You and QI, fronting Radio 4 panel show Best Medicine – which was nominated for Best Comedy Panel Show at the British Comedy Awards - co-creating and co-hosting a cult podcast about serial killers, All Killa No Filla, and starting a comedy school.

Peacock is a joyous, uplifting show from a comedian who has been said to create powerhouse stand-up from the thorniest of subjects.

As part of her tour, Kiri is asking audiences to bring with them to her shows some handwriting pens and HB pencils in good working order that she can give to the charity Pens For Kids UK, to distribute to children around the world to help them continue with their education.
