A charity in Farnham is aiming to raise £45,000, and all contributions made during the campaign will be doubled by the charity.
Challengers is organising the Big Give Christmas Challenge, which means any donation given to the charity between midday on December 3 and midday on 10 December through its campaign page will be doubled.
This year the Big Give features the story of 10-year-old Toby who has autism, ADHD, a learning disability and chromosome disorders.
Toby has been going to Challengers since he was three, and his mum Natasha says she is incredibly grateful to the charity.
She said: “I think Toby would be so much more severe in his mental health and his state of mind now if we didn’t find Challengers. It’s crucial for families to survive.”
If you donate £17.50 it becomes £35 which can fund an hour of care and fun for children.
If you donate £37.50 it becomes £75 which helps to pay and train staff to safely administer medication.
If you donate £75 it becomes £150 which covers a nurse’s weekend salary.
