THE Grange was due to reopen this weekend after its temporary closure.

On Sunday the town's MP Damian Hinds is set re-open the maternity unit at Petersfield Hospital, to the delight of campaigners and expectant mums in Petersfield and beyond.

Among those due to attend celebrations in the afternoon are National Childbirth Trust president Sue Saxey and representatives of Portsmouth NHS Hospitals Trust.
