A TEAM from Rowledge Primary School came home with a silver medal after competing in the Alton Girls Primary Schools’ Football Tournament on Thursday last week.

The competition attracted teams from eight of the 11 Alton Primary Cluster schools, who battled it out for the title on Alton Football Club’s state-of-the-art 3G pitch.

The winners were the team from Alton’s Anstey Junior School, with Rowledge coming second.
