Conservation charity WWF is hosting a ‘Great Wild Walk’ in Alice Holt Forest this Sunday May 19.

People of all ages and abilities are invited to join the five or ten mile walk starting at 10am (9.30am arrival advised). Participants can pick up a WWF t-shirt and collect a well-earned eco-medal at the finish line.

Registration costs for £5 for 16 and over, under 16s go free. Money will help WWF to protect and restore wildlife and habitats in the UK and around the world. WWF supporter Denise Parker has previously participated in a WWF sponsored walk.

She said: “I invited people to join me on the walk and wander in wonder to connect with the magic of nature.

“Supporting organisations like WWF helps us make a bigger contribution and have an even greater impact than we can individually.”
