Drivers in and around Waverley will have eight National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.
And four of them are expected to cause delays of between 10 minutes and half an hour.
The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that one closure already in place is expected to carry on this week:
• A3, from 8pm January 6 to 6am January 25, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A3 northbound, Longmoor to Milford, carriageway closure for roadmarkings renewal.
And a further seven closures will begin over the next two weeks:
• A3, from 8pm January 13 to 6am January 15, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 southbound, Thursley, Lane closure for BT works.
• A3, from 9.30pm January 13 to 6am January 14, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A3 southbound, Hazelgrove, Slip and lane closure for maintenance works.
• A3, from 9.30pm January 14 to 6am January 16, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A3 northbound, Hazel Grove, Slip and lane closure for maintenance works.
• M3, from 9pm January 17 to 6am January 18, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M3 southbound, junction 5, slip road closure for barrier repairs.
• M3, from 9pm January 20 to 6am January 21, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M3 southbound, junction 5, slip road closure for drainage works.
• A3, from 8pm January 27 to 6am January 28, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 northbound, Thursley to Milford, Lane closure for maintenance work.
• A3, from 9pm January 27 to 6am January 28, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 both directions Hindhead Tunnel, Contraflow for tunnel maintenance.
National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
