PUPILS and staff at Rowledge Primary School were celebrating after being awarded a £100,000 government grant to complete a major new building project.

The school had already secured £150,000 from Hampshire County Council's property services department but was waiting to hear whether it would receive the rest of the money it needed to finish the scheme.
