Bournemouth struck first to take the lead, but Haslemere responded positively to the setback.
The visitors got back on level terms following an excellent line break by Richie Turpin and a quick up and under by Marco van Raalte, with top scorer Bio applying the finishing touch to make it 1-1.
The second half ebbed and flowed with neither team taking any of the many chances that were created, and the game finished 1-1.
