Two members from the Royal British Legion visited Bourne Wood Manor Care Home to mark VE Day.

Gary and Alec went to the care home to discuss the history of the momentous day and brought VE Day memorabilia for the residents to look at, who then shared their own memories of the war.

The Legion later commented that it was a “wonderful way to share the memories together.”
