The first new homes have been released for sale at a development being built on a former school site in Bordon.

Miller Homes is building 147 new homes at its Mill Chase Park site with a sales centre now open for visitors.

The housebuilder also recently opened the doors to its show home on the development off Mill Chase Road.

When complete, Mill Chase Park will comprise 147 homes including 51 affordable properties, 12 of which will be released for sale as part of the First Homes scheme to enable first-time buyers to step onto the property ladder.
